The registration fee per person € 300 excl. VAT. (€ 357 including VAT)

Invoice details

Many organisation use purchase order numbers, cost indications, etc. necessary to process the invoice. If your organisation does this, please fill out the details for this invoice below.

Credit card payments will be processed promptly by our Secure Server. You will be taken to the secure server by clicking on the submit button once you have filled out this form.

The total will include the selected options (if they apply) and VAT.

We accept:

Cheque. The details will be sent with the invoice.

I would like to receive an invoice (an additional admin cost of 30€ will be included).

Conditions

Conditions of participation
If a cancellation reaches us at the latest 15 days before the beginning of the conference, the inscription will be refunded, except for an administration fee of 75€ . If a cancellation reaches us less than four weeks before the beginning of the conference, or if you do not cancell and are not present, the cost of inscription will not be refunded. It is always possible to send a substitute, our organization reserve the right, to limit or refuse the access to any person or a company. The reception of a request or the payment of the latter does not constitute acceptance. These requests or payments nonallowed will be restored. Changes of speakers - it is punctually necessary, in certain circumstances out of our control, to change the contents or the duration of the program, as well as in some cases the identity of the speakers.
