Business Information Services Library
BiSL is one of newly introduced frameworks covering the link between business, infrastructure and applications. Originally developed by PinkRoccade, it was given to the public domain in 2004 to be developed further. The ASL Foundation will take of its introduction.
BiSL is there intended to become a public standard for functional management and information management. It provides guidelines for processes and activities that are necessary for a proper information provision structure within organisations. It covers operational, tactical and strategics processes. The framework is based on best practices.
