GAF
Generic Architecture Framework is a framework for general purposes in relation to IT and Business. It has two main functions:
- It provides definitions about architecture and related issues
- It provides a structure checklist for working with architectures
GAF-1 is the current version, in 2004 GAF-2 is projected. GAF aims to become a NAF Standard. This initiative is at present mainly support in the Netherlands and is closely related to IAF. More information also on LAC2003 (Dutch)
