Terms and Conditions
What is included in the registration fee The registration fee includes attendance at conference/tutorial/round-table presentations and additional (evening) sessions taking place on the days for which registration applies. Lunch and refreshments are also included. Water is provided at the lunch tables, and tea/coffee is available.
Handout materials Each delegate will receive a conference portfolio (online/offline) containing details of presentations, exhibitors and conference services. Copies of presentation slides will be available in the presentation rooms, and they may be made available on a secure part of the bITa Center website. A full copy of all presentations and related papers will be posted to all delegates on the website directly after the event Username and password will be required.
VAT We will invoice 19% VAT in addition to the quoted fees.
Payment details Bank payments must be made in EUROS. Account detail will be provide on the invoice. If you register online you will receive a pro-forma invoice for your administration.
Credit card payments may be made by the secure payment section within the registration form. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
Checks Checks are accepted. Checks should be made payable to Bolwerk Communications. Please include attendee name(s) and event name on face of check. Our address details will be provided on the invoice.
Refund policy Cancellations received in writing up to six weeks before the start of the event will be refunded, minus an administration charge of € 300.00. If you cancel less than six weeks before the start of the event, or if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still liable for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time before the start of the conference.
Late payment All registrations have to been paid on the date of the event.
Program We reserve the right to alter any part of the published program if this is necessitated by circumstances outside our control. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the program as altered remains comparable with the published format.
